Nathan Cleverly ''Tony Bellew Fights Bums, I would outclass him''

Tonys last performance was top drawer ... Nathan looks a stylish fighter ...but I doubted Tony before his last fight with Velecky but he won my suport that night ...Tony by KO !

 

power thrills, speed kills, hope Bellew pulls it off though, nathan needs to be brought down a peg or two

 

Velecky didn't show us much although Tony finished him well

 

The guy had a decent CV mind you and is as good as anyone Cleverleys fought .... Tony just made easy work of it

 

imo,tony matches cleverly for speed and skill,but has a huge advantage power wise.

 

As I have said for a long time now.... Tony Bellew will smash Nathan Cleverley to bits...:bbb

 

Look at Cotto20 AGAIN calling someone out on their ability to call a fight by doubting them 'ever having laced up a pair of gloves'.

This matey sent me PM's berating my appearance (fair enough I'm gawky as **** but teasing, please) and basically saying I was a ***** and that as I wasn't a boxer, I was in no position to comment on boxing. Just because I had discovered his previous pseudonym (not hard, every other thread he starts is about 'which boxer turns pro with lack of experience/late in life).

He posts the same threads over, and over again with slightly different titles, gets stuff wrong, is rude and condescending...........just a serious annoyance as a poster.

We are getting a bit ahead of ourselves with Bellew, Nathan does actually have a point (except for the bit about schooling, but he's bound to say that..)

Bellew has just graduated from the journeyman stage and Clev has beat Oakey, McIntosh, Fry and is fighting for the European title.

I like Bellew as much as the next guy, tremendous prospect and a good chap posting on here, he's gonna be a ESB folk hero, but Nathan is ahead of him, and Nathan has the offensive capability that Bellew has never faced. Let's be honest Bellew has had everything his way, but Clev can really fight too. I'd like to see Bellew face Oakey.

 

bellew seems like a nice guy and its great he posts on here but when names post on here it seems to me that people build up a rapport with them and this clouds there judgement when debating about them, imo cleverly would win this fight now /next month/next year and win it well
anyway i very much doubt this will ever happen due to the involement of the delightful mr warren

I don't think that fight will happen as Oakey is with Hatton and Bellew is with FW...who knows though...

I still think in good time when it comes to the crunch that Bellew will KO Cleverley... I am not a Cleverley hater, just think that Bellew will have to many big guns for him to handle...:yep

 

Maybe, I havn't thought about them fighting. Because although its mentioned a lot they are at different stages. Bellew is gonna have to go pretty fast and establish himself to be on Cleverly's radar, thats if Frank even wanted to match them which is doubtful. It seems more likely Cleverly will be heading for a world title by the time Bellew is at the level Clev is now.
