I missed the first few rounds(phone). Tight fight. Rafal had him rocked than got tagged and dropped the next round. Down the stretch Rafal looked better.I dont know why he gave round 12 away though. On to a title fight!!Q
Where da **** you been?Happy Holidays man. Sosnowski is a prime example of what 100% focus and dedication to Boxing can get you.He has even surpised me as to what he can do.I thought Euro level max but he still has time to do more.
Ja punktowalem 115-112 dla Rafala. Szacunek za to, ze przetrwal szosta runde. 95% bokserow by tego nie wytrzymala. Swoja droga Rafal byl zamroczony i sedzia mial prawo przerwac walke.
Rafal is one of those guys who seem not to have a lot of skills, but he's got balls and thats more than enough to win you a world title.... I wanna see him fight that Slovenian guy, Zaveck, i heard that was a great scrap!
dunno but 2 of them were wide and 1 was close something like 117-116 or w/e i just cant wait to see the Diablo fight on megaupload, reports saying he looks sharp, Zsolt is going to be in huge trouble :deal
didnt watch the fight, met up some with peeps tonight. good to hear our guys did good. that is one ****ed up leg on that video on the last page.. ouch
Those scorecards were pretty disgusting. Losing 117-116 in a fight where you score a knockdown and the other guy barely threw punches in 3 or 4 of the rounds? I could have seen a very close decision for Jackiewicz, but I thought Rodriguez won fairly comfortably. One of those fights where Rodriguez landed a lot more, but Rafal was a bit more accurate and landed a lot of the harder shots. Crowd really seemed to influence the judging there. But in at least 3 rounds Jackiewicz didn't land more than 3 punches the whole round, plus he was knocked down in another one. I could see a 114-113 Jackiewicz score, but no wider than that.
Jackiewicz clearly won first rounds, and then in the 6th he was surprised by right hook from Rodriguez. He survived 2 minutes in the ring, but he was in big troubles - he clinched a lot and was hurted, when gong rang. From this moment the fight was very close until the end.
It was damned closed from round 8-12. In first 4 or 5 rounds there was a Jackiewicz who scored more shots and he had very solid defence - Rodriguez threw more punches, but they were catched by Jackiewicz. In middle rounds the fight was for Rodriguez. I had it 115-112 for Jackiewicz. I see a possibility to score this fight 114-113 for Jackiewicz at worst. Very good and tough fight tbh.
It buckled under his weight. Hard to imagine that this fat pile of crap, actually beat Sosnowski. Kielsa is amazingly built, although I'm not sure that he trully loves boxing. He became the Canadian HW champ in like his 6th pro fight, so thats pretty impressive.
