Also Pac is very fast but his hand speed doesn't come close to Taylors.
The only reason Taylor is not considered an Atg is because Chavez ruined him,but MEldrick was a great fighter for a short period of time. Have you ever seen the fight where Meldrick beat the Crap out of BUddy Mcgirt? and Buddy was a damn good fighter himself, but Taylor made him look like some Bum

What part of no power, no footwork part do you understand. PAc was laughing at Cottos body shots...Chavez wouldnt have any effect. Let me ask who was leading in that fight when it got stopped?

I agree, I don't think Pac mans power bothers Julio, which allows him to stalk Manny. Taylor had faster hands than Manny, and was still getting clocked throughout the fight. Of the two, Julio had better defense than Manny too.

I'd give it to JC by close decision.

I never compared Rosario to Pac. But Chavez's body of work at 135 was far better than Pac'. David Diaz is a total bum.

Pac's hanspeed would be problematic for Chavez, but Julio's ability to cut off the ring was second to none, and 135 was his best and sharpest weight. Pac's never dealt with that type of body attack, and with accuracy to boot. Chavez was leagues above Hatton, and Cotto.

Taylor has the fastest handspeed ever. But you make it sound like Pac is slow as molasses compared to him. Pac is still significantly faster than Chavez. He wouldnt stand there to be hit, he throws powerful combos from every angle. Look, Chavez night is cut out for him.

Ive seen the Mcgirt:lol: , hes one of my fave, hes a long Island boy and Im down with all NYC area fighters, Kelly, Mcgirt, moore, Breland

Give it up. There's only one thing that can persuade the Pacquiao fans otherwise, and that's footage of Lightweight Chavez. The way they are talking, they've never seen some before.

No he isnt, Cotto has more power and speed to boot and is an accomplished welterweight, Chavez was a **** welterweight.

What and do you think Pac is some kind of defensive genius:patsch Are you another one of those boxing geniuses that think Cotto is on Chavez's Level? Chavez had a great Chin he wouldnt be hurt by Pacs shots either. At 135 Pac would be feeling Chavez's Power if they went toe to toe Chavez would be the last man standing not Pac. This matchup is at 135 not 147 (read the thread)

You make it sound like Pac needs to be cornered,..Speed and power all night. If Cesar decides to brawl.. no one comes out winning in exchanges with PAC. At 135 this is a sturdy PAC, Cotto manages to hit Pac only because PAc stood there to test his power.

Do you have trouble reading? The thread clearly stated 135. Manny would definitely beat Chavez at 147.

At 135 Chavez was so much better than Cotto its laughable. Cotto had nowhere near the ability, and chin of Chavez.

Look man..Pac is not a defensive genius, but he wont get hit as much as Chavez and believe me , Id say its equal as far as powerat 135 but anything above that its not going to be pretty. No one come out a winner in exchages versus PAC? why?? Hes faster, has power and throws at ridiculous angles..How the hell do you win..Its basic physics. Chavez was not a great counterpuncher
