Ok I know about your ridiculous opinions on Duran(although you are right on about Chavez) but i cant believe what I just heard "Tszyu knocking out Duran":rofl:patsch:roll::shock::patsch That was shocking to hear. Even from a known Duran Hater. One of the worst opinions i have heard on ESB Duran would beat up Kostya and knock him out in 8 or 9 rounds.

I think it would be Taylor with more p[ower and a lefty stance...which would give Julio tons of trouble..Id go with PAc by UD

The fac that Pac was smiling and punching his gloves together doesn't mean he didn't felt them, but it's a great way get the mental advantage over your opponent. Pac told at the post presser that he definitely felt the hurt from Cotto's punches.

Usually when a fighter smiles or make some gesture after being hit it's cause he felt it. If Pac just shrug the punches off the punches it would be a better indication of toughness.

Nope, he's vastly overrated. His comp wasn't all that at LW, and outside of the first SRL fight he got dominated at WW. His next biggest win is against a so-so middleweight champ in Barkley. For the accolades he gets his resume is awfully thin and imho so is his talent.

He gets all this credit for his weight jumps. ****... I bet there are fighters with losing records who have fought in as many divisions.

    Overrated.

Actually I think Kostya is slightly overrated. Duran was dominated at WElter??:nono:nono He went 8-1-0-3kos at Welter with his only loss coming against Leonard in the 2nd fight. Im not gonna go into it with you on Duran as I already have along with many others on ESB.

Pac. Ive said this since Pac was a FW, no fighter around his size that is a pressure fighter can beat him. People thought the likes of Castillo, Corrales would squash him at LW, nevermind Cotto & Hatton. Pac will dance circles around Chavez and pop him all night. Meldrick fought Chavez fight by standing in front of him and 5 more seconds he would have won.

Counterpunchers are Pac's weakness, pac beats pressure fighters easy. Its simple to analyse really, one comes forward throwing lots of punches, the other throws a lot of punches at a much faster rate, gets out of the way and repeats...with power.

Chavez is tailor made 4 pac. Pac in and out style with fast hands will dismantle him. Death by a thousand left hands part 2.

Pac wouldnt do that all night against Chavez. Manny would eventually go to to toe with Chavez cause Pac cant turn down a slugfest and thats when Chavez would do his damage. Besides banging that body all night.

He could take Cotto's shots so he stood there to take some more. He fought DLH hit hard so he stayed out of range all night. He can fight disciplined.

That said, do you guys think Chavez at 135 hits harder than Cotto at 145? I know Chavez is a hard puncher but IMO, he wasnt a devastating puncher. According to Shane & Clottey, Cotto hits harder than Margo...a simmilar break you down type of fighter as Chavez...obviously nowhere near as skilled.
