Montreal is one of the best cities in North America. Love that place.

    Great write-up, Philla! :happy

That was one of the things really standing out in my mind while I was watching the fight. It was especially evident when you compare it to how docile they were for the undercard fight, which had a a lot of action.

My gawd, when Bute won, that crowd went ****in ape****. That's one of the louder boxing crowds I've heard.

I LOVE French Canadians. Montreal is the shiznit and the girls are off the chain up there. Also love Toronto, though it has a different feel. Love both cities.

Ya, since no one from Ontario makes the short drive to Montreal to watch events at the Bell Centre or elsewhere in Quebec.

    ...Wow.

I hear ya. But, it didn't help that 2 of judges who scored it a draw were Canadian-based judges.

quebec is known for corrupt referees and incompotent judeges after bute-andrade I and funeka-guzman. those candy ass mother****ers ****ed funeka's career up. might as well have had ray charles, and stevie wonder judge the fight.
