    ok prime 4 prime who wins this one . the manassa mauler vs Iron Mike

    i say tyson KO's him in 6 a prime tyson is just to complete for Dempsey.

    Tyson would take him out in less than 6, he was stronger and faster than Dempsey, I do see Dempsey putting up a fight early then getting knocked out by a Vicious left hook, Dempsey couldnt hang with Tunney I cant see him hanging with Tyson.

    Tyson by KO within the first 4 rounds.

    Most likely in one or two, not much Dempsey could do in this one.

    i gave him 6 cuz dempsey was no joke and tyson knows this tyson studied dempsey like a book and would show his respect for the earlier rds not wanting to get caught as he would respect dempsey's power thats why i think the logest it would go would be 6

    Guys like Frazier, Marciano and Dempsey would be koed by Tyson brutally.

    The only short HW fighter who could beat Tyson in a brawl is a prime David Tua.

    Dumb thread....most people who saw dempsey fight are probably dead now...I hate comparing era's makes no sense we have advaced techniques as time goes by and nutrition....back then the fighters were tougher though, it's a lot tougher to ride the rails and then fight for years in hobo camps. Also i heard one time that Dempsey was Tyson's favourite fighter and loved to read about him. Shame about Tyson thopugh he is so interested in the history of boxing and his knowledge is evident when he talks about it...shame about the other stuff...but i still like the guy and wished he had never fallen so far and evetually opened a restaurant called Tyson's in New York...shame.

    From what i know about Dempsey Tyson is basicaly a biger stronger faster version of him. Biger stronger faster usualy wins. Tyson mid round ko.

    a prime tua agianst a prime tyson gets handled tyson was faster then ike hit harder then ike and more elusive then ike you know better defence? tyson would be surprised to see a ko in a great fight:good
