Look you are all getting riled up, Bute is superior to Andrade. Im merely insunuating that Andrade barring a KO probably had no chance of winning this fight. I rank Bute very highly (check out my posts 3 years ago) and was surprised he stank the last time against Andrade and he just proved that he could be the class of of 168. The first Kd was legit, the second is legit, Im just saying that there is a possibilty that Andrade figured this is a no win, just said.."let me pack it in"

 

The KO was a liver shot, and when this connects correctly, most boxers cannot get up before 10. Krasniqi was beating the **** out of Dimitrenko and bossing the fight until getting caught with the same shot, he collapsed with that delay and couldn't get up in a similar way. By the way, Bute caught Andrade with the same shot at least once before in the same round, and this type of problem accumulates when hit repeatedly in the same place.

 

I was sitting in the front row right in position to see Andrade and he winked at Bute.

For a history and common sense purpose :
Montreal was one of North America's top areas for organized crime in the 30's, 40's and 50's as it was a direct result of the very permissive ways of society. Montreal is the only place in North America with the more latin way of life, less tight ass if I can say it that way...It's for that same reason, the first black pro baseball player started in Montreal. I'm speaking of Jackie Robinson...

Now the 2 main areas now for drug imports in Canada are Montreal on the east coast and Vancouver on the West coast. The water ways are still very important and Montreal is the first major city along a water way on the east coast (St-Lawrence river).

You must know that the government here now controls all booze sales other than beer or course, and the entire lottery and / or gambling industry.

Thing is in today's world for North America, Montreal doesn't even get close to any major city in the States anyways and if you want to have a higher chance to walk right by one of your mafia guys, then Las Vegas is the place...which just happens to be the hot spot for boxing...hmmmmmm... Legal gambling, legal whores, etc...

The Andrade-Bute comment you made doesn't bother me, but when you start insinuating that Montreal is one of the most corrupt places, you probably don't fully realize how that can then snowball even if it's not true !!
