So why the **** won't he have Pacquiao fight at 147 for the biggest fight he can have but has no problems moving up to 154 just to fight some nobody to get another title? The only way I'm counting him as a Middleweight Champion is if he goes up and thrashes Paul Williams or Pavlik.

If you knew **** all about boxing you would realise top fighters fight every 6 months. Count 6 months from November and you get May, 6 months from Catchmans last fight. Team Catchiao will refuse to fight before 6 months, so Mayweather will probably have to wait until then.
