Bah... if it's PPV I'm not buying.

He seemed so enthused about Mayweather after the Cotto fight. Just going on with the crowd enthusiasm because nobody would be excited for "Yuri Foreman." Of course, Roach seems to be a fickle *******!

They are defo closer to a Foreman fight than a Mayweather... no doubt.
I like the idea of a possible 8th then a "Last Hurrah" Vs. Mayweather.
    Sounds like a perfect exit.

Me, too. It's a perfect ending.

If he loses to Mayweather, he probably won't care about going for another title. If you're going to do it, might as well get it out of the way.

I could give 2 shits about Foreman or an eighth division. History won't give a damn either, belts won't mean much in the years to come. There's too many and they keep creating more, unifying, becoming lineal, or just beating the best a division has to offer will matter. If they can't make the Floyd fight he should take a top 5 welterweight.

Ugh. I hope this doesn't happen. If Pacquiao is going to fight someone before Mayweather, it should be a showcase fight on free HBO. I think he deserves a showcase fight anyway, but I don't like this Yuri Foreman talk. High risk, low reward.

I thought Pac and Roach said 154 was too much for Pac? Why not fight Williams at 154 instead?:yep

154 is too much unless there is a paper champ named Yuri Foreman :p

Ha Ha I called this one well before the fight with Cotto. Although I said it would be Chavez Jr if he picked up a belt at 54. As i said they would do, Team pac makes it sound and seem as if they were interested in fighting Floyd then they would pull the old bait and switch knowing full well that floyd would be the one taking the hit for the fight not taking place.

At the same time this could be them tring to pull rank and show Floyd that they have other options. I doubt it because Pac vs Floyd is a fight that I would bet money that Arum doesnt want, nor does Roach. As I have said many times and Im sure that many others have seen the ESPN interview with Roach when he said that Mayweather would be a tough fight for Pac to win.

I think foreman pacquiao would happen in the phillipines...in essence, it would be a campaign infomercial for pacquiao, if he were to run for congress late next spring...
