    Just wanted to stop by and say congrats so far on the weight loss. Way to not be a lazy slob. What's your target weight? I only had time to read part of the first page so if I missed it my apologies.

    All good mate! Thanks for the encouraging words! :thumbsup Before I stacked the weight on I was 77kgs (170lbs). Having lost a bit already I'm now down to 104.1kgs (229.5lbs). It's a mammoth jump, I'd like to get down to about 85kgs (187lbs), then see how I feel. Getting closer to 30 so my body will have changed a bit. Still a long way to go but I'm feeling more positive about it all than I have for years!

    Not a bad number, feel like I'm back on track.

    * Speed rope - 5 x 3 minute rounds
    ****, I'll be happy when I break these new ****ing trainers in. They're definitely not made for ball-of-foot dominant activities like rope.

    * Heavy Bag (Boxing) - 5 x 3 minute rounds
    The jab was a lot better today, but the movement wasn't. Although I feel I've made progress with my balance and transitions.

    * Heavy bag (Kickboxing) - 5 x 3 minute rounds
    These ******* trainers aren't great for kicking the bag, either. Felt like I was wearing tight steel-cap boots. :twisted:

    * Treadmill - 30 minutes
    Pace 10.5km/h, incline 1.5, 2 half paced breaks of 2:30 for 25 minutes run, 5 mintues active rest.

    Forgot to take my weight after he workout, but it was ****ing 36 celcius at least today! I wouldn't be surprised if I lost a clean half kilo today... I'll take weight tommorrow, hopefully I'll be below 102kgs.

    Okay, so weeks 3 & 4 have been a complete write-off. Shitty food, shitty exercise... But strangely I seem not to have stepped backward, rather stepped sideways, as I've still shown a slight loss in weight since my last workout (Friday 20/11). Even having eaten not one but two delicious KFC Ultimate Burger Meals© since. :think Perhaps my metabolism is improving.

    * Speed rope - 5 x 3 minute rounds

    * Heavy bag (Boxing) - 5 x 3 minute rounds

    * Heavy bag (Kickboxing) - 5 x 3 minute rounds
    Pretty decent kick output but I made barely any attempt at mixing up the punch/kick combos. Served it's purpose as a workout, though...

    * Treadmill - 30 minutes
    Pace 11km/h, incline 1.5, two half paced breaks of 2:30 for 25 minutes run, 5 minutes active rest.

    Oh yeah!!! That's a record low! Time to focus and get down to those double digits! :bbb

    New number mother****ers! :happy

    * Speed rope - 3 x 3 minute rounds
    I'm being extremely liberal with the term "speed" here. I don't mean to whine about my trainers all the time but the toes on my left foot look like they've been smashed with a hammer. It's not good for my rope workout which I usually take at a brisk pace. That ***** at the sports store. That total, utter *****.

    * Heavy bag (Boxing) - 12 x 3 minute rounds
    Decided to take it easy on my foot and save it for the run, so I did more than double my usual heavy bag punches. Made a conscious effort to use the jab a lot more today, but my output wasn't the greatest. Still a nice, tough workout, though.

    * Treadmill - 30 minutes
    Pace 11km/h, incline 1.5, two half paced breaks of 2:30 for 25 minutes run, 5 minutes active rest.

    Hopefully with some good eating I can crack-double digits by weeks end. Got a lunch with a friend today and I'll be eating a wee bit of fat, nothign too major though, try to find a steak and mash, lesser of the two evils kinda thing. Anyways, all is good for now.

    Okay, I'm recording two workouts here as I didn't get around to recording one yesterday, they're both the same except that I didn't do a treadmill workout yesterday. My weight numbers are only for today's workout.

    Okay, now's the time to get right back on ****ing task. I've been extremely lenient with my eating of late and it's reflected on the scale. I rode an early surge of motivation to an approximate loss of 7kgs, now I need to regain my discipline.

    * Speed rope - 5 x 3 minute rounds
    Back in my old trainers and I smashed a great rope session. Little less support from them but less painful altogether. I'm pissed that I wasted 100 bucks. :-(

    * Heavy bag (Boxing) - 5 x 3 minute rounds
    I think my lungs have improved for the kickboxing. Pretty sound effort.

    * Heavy bag (Kickboxing) 5 x 3 minute rounds
    Dismal punch output, but a good amount of kicks, got a nice pain through my abdominal wall.

    * Treadmill - 30 minutes
    Pace 11.5km/h, incline 1.5, two half paced breaks of 2:30 for 25 minutes run, 5 minutes active rest.

    As usual a workout seems to have washed a lot of the crud left in my system from eating crappy, salty, preservative-laden food. I'll ****ing reach double digits by Thursday if it ****ing well kills me! :twisted:

    Whoa, thanks gents! Of all the bloody days to have a shitty gym session! :patsch Just got back and was feeling far too lethargic and heavy in the legs, got through my rope workout and 5 rounds on the heavy bag, but just was not feeling it. Weighed in at 100.4kgs before workout so the double digits are very close on the horizon. Thanks for the thoughts! :good

    Double digits mutha****aaah!

    * Speed rope - 5 x 3 minute rounds

    Awesome rope session, the rest day did me a world of good.

    * Heavy bag (Boxing) - 5 x 3 minute rounds
    Output was decent, felt a lot more like I was boxing the bag rather than simply punching the **** out of it, also worked on some Pacuiqo-esque outside movement combos. **** it's hard keeping correct balance that way.

    * Heavy bag (Kickboxing) - 5 x 3 minute rounds

    * Treadmill - 30 minutes
    Pace 11.5km/h, incline 1.5, 2 half paced breaks of 2:30 for 25 minutes run, 5 minutes active rest. ****ing grueling life and death struggle today.

    Another mid-week meltdown, burgers, pasta, pies, fries... But I seem to have gotten off lightly again! My bar job keeps me walking briskly for about 40 hours a week, I suppose that helps. :yep

    Okay, so I had a day off work and ate like a king, it's basically what I do. Mainly because when I do work it's easier to go without snacking as I haven't the time to think about it. But A change I've decided to make is to slow my workout back down. My recovery was too slow after my 10-round days that finished with a slightly faster run. I have to do a workout that's conducive to my daily routine. Anyways, the next 4 days should be good for a loss of about 1.5kgs.

    Okay, it's been nearly a fortnight without exercise. Lots of shitty food. If I weigh less that 105kgs by my next workout I'll be surprised. So much holiday **** going on. It's been absolutely ****ed! Christmas parties, weddings, drinks, foods galore! I'm fallin' off the mother****in' wagon! Help! Heeelp!

    I'm working new years eve and don't plan on going out. One more hectic food day left in Christmas day, after that I'll ride my new years resolution wave. I figure that for the first time since I left high school I'll wake up on 1/1 without a ****ing wetched hangover and that will set the tone for the rest of the year.

    Very disappointed. :-( Someone call me a fat ****er or something.
