Again . . . I was telling people here the fight won't happen not until late 2010.

Pacquiao won't have time to train even for a March fight. He will be busy campaigning for the May election. :deal

Mayweather-Hatton and Pacquiao-Foreman are huge jokes and should have boxing fans outraged! There is the winner of Mosley/Berto out there, and also possibly Paul Williams. This is where Boxing writers need to revolt against this, but unfortunately they won't. It is up to the fans to stop this nonsense. Matthew Hatton for godsakes...He is a nice kid, but he can't fight at the top level. Give me a break. And Yuri Foreman. I would rather see Manny take on the 59 year old George Foreman. That would be more interesting then Yori Boy Foreman...Oh I am sorrry wrong guy, but just as worthless.

I'd rather see Floyd fight BobPac than Matthew Hatton.

This fight is happening end of. There's too much at stake money and legacy wise for it not to. Both sides are just playing some brinkmanship for the negotiations.

    From Skysports

"Mayweather doesn't want to fight in March, so we might fight for the 154lbs title in March and move up for that eighth world title.
"I'm thinking about that still and it's something that I'm kicking around in my head right now.
"Yuri Foreman might be the opponent. It is a possibility, and then Mayweather in September. If they guarantee me that, we'll do that, but I need more of a commitment from Mayweather because he's not negotiating too well.
"It has to happen, and with the money they are going to make out of it, I feel it will happen. Mayweather can't make that money with anybody else."
And while admitting Mayweather could cause a few problems against Pacquiao, Roach revealed he has a game-plan in place for the Michigan fighter.
Roach also believes Pacquiao's attacking qualities will prove too much for Mayweather.

Did you watch the Pac-Cotto fight? did you hear what Roach said right after the fight when Larry Merchant asked him about Floyd? He said and I quote " March is to early we need more time to prepare for Floyd". That ends that **** right there.
