I think Garcia is Puerto Rican,i saw him fight live on the Delahoya/Forbes undercard and I was impressed. He is from Philly thats why I am guessing that he is a P.R.

Im assuming he is PR based on where hes from Just like im sure Benavidez is being from LA or Phoenix.
I heard some guy Arturo Trujillo also gave him all he could handle,but i'll believe Roach when he says that Benavides is a great prospect and that he gives Kahn all he wants in Sparring.
I don't know what's funny about having 5 loses, he's still very young and he's roach's top prospect. He has alot of potential IMO.
