i don't believe it's going to happen until we hear Lamps call out the "tale of the tape".

Why do you think Floyd is using Golden Boy's money to promote this fight and not his? I'm not saying he's surely pulling a David Haye, but i won't believe it until I see.

BTW...I hope I'm terribly wrong about Floyd...win, lose, or draw, he will deserve a lot of credit if goes through with this.

Now what I am hearing is he is only taking it for the money. First he was scared of Pacquiao, now this. It won't ever change for Floyd until someday after he is retired. People have an inherit hate for him no matter what he does. It is contagious for some reason.

If you deliberately portray yourself in the media as being a dick, you're gonna be perceived as being a dick. Simple enough right?

I do admire his skills in the ring btw. I just dislike how the man carries himself.

What a joke. If you hate him for that, you must hate a lot of other fighters too! No, quit lying! There's more to it than that. You will be watching, hoping he loses to Pac, then crushed by the result. You will hate him even more cause he beat another fighter you like.

    :yep

Not true...I know I'm in the minority, but I still don't think he will go through with the fight...

He cares more about his legacy than money...he almost reminds me of an American Joe Calzaghe, afraid to lose the "0". it's the only variable that makes sense when you review his fight selection over the past 7 years...the only fights that garnered big money was Hatton and DLH. He could have fought Cotto or Mosley for bigger money than Marquez. He could have fought Margarito instead of fighting Baldomir, which would have made more money.

He cares about the way he will be perceived if he loses...look at what's happened to Roy Jones's legacy.

What did Arum accepted? 60-40 for Floyd? We all know what Arum wants, Manny doesn't want. Arum is flying to the Philippines now. I bet ya, it will not go well with Pac. Pac will want a larger share for sure. I can see Arum going back empty handed.

Most people that aren't on his nuts have issues with Floyd mainly because he usually doesn't make the fights the boxing public really want to see. He could easily have fought better opposition over the past 7 years. If he had, there would be no question or complaint about Money Mayweather.

That is probably how you see the world , I understand. Hate or love. I'm not surprised.

Do note though I said I dislike the guy, not hate the guy. And are you really telling me you do not judge people for their character? That would make you a psychopath, wouldn't it? :good

It should be 50-50. Pac is just as big of a draw as Mayweather. Numbers don't lie.

Pac will ask for more money, just like he did with Hatton when Arum had to pay him more of his own money because he's so greedy!
