I am unbiased, I don't play favorites, and I tell it like it is, that is what I would tell the commission.

It's easy to become a judge. Just poke out one eye, and agree to always be stinkin' drunk at fight time.

A bow tie and a catchphrase would help.

There are two fighters in a ring.

Fighter A) has 7 pro fights. 7 wins no losses. He is backed by the bigger promoter. He is the local boy.

Fighter B) has 15 pro fights. He has 12 wins and 5 losses. He is a durable, proven fighter.

If you can always and without fail pick fighter A) as the winner then you will do well as a judge.

Also, in case you were wondering, they will never, ever allow you to be a judge at a Haye fight.

There are some strict rules that prohibit judges from attempting to fellate boxers during matches.

Hearing Buffer roll both of the 'R's in "Terry" would be fun - go for it!

Ghost45's link is interesting. The membership comes with a free patch to put over the eye you're not compelled to poke out.
