Amir Khan, Juan Diaz, Zab Judah, all mentioned, and you end up fighting Mezaache, sounds like typical Hennesey fighter Bullsh*t.

They really have made it an artform!

Meager was a spent force when Murray took him on, his decision to retire was made before the fight

Who has said they dont want to fight Limond, John Murray said he will fight anybody in the divison when he was giving an interview in our gym, He said he wants the european title n then wants Katsidis or Khan, Cant blam the lad for wanting to fight bigger and better fighters than Limond, What does he get for beating Limond up ? What is the point in fighting Limond ?

Murray has done nothing in the past to suggest that he would beat Limmond, never mind Khan or Katsidis. Khan was criticised by Murray and a whole host of others for ducking Murray on his way to bigger things. Murray said that if Khan didn't fight him then he couldn't claim to be the best lightweight in Manchester, the same applys here...Murray needs to fight Limond to cement his claim as the best Lightweight in Britain...if the criticism is good enough for Khan, then its good enough for the poor mans Ricky Hatton.

Limond has not fought nobody for ages how can you say he is one the best in the divison if he isnt fighting, if murray was out of the ring for the same time Limond has been you would be saying that hes finished. Limond is finished anyways Murray would walk through him, But what is the point Murray got bigger fish to fry.

:huh He's fought three times this year, the last time just a fortnight ago

:lol:The Khan excuse, that must stick in Murrays craw

Murray is nothing more than slightly above average...there is every chance that Limond would box his **** off, and embarrass the Manc, thats the reason he won't climb throught the ropes with him.

I would honestly have thought that Limond would have been first on Murrays shopping list...he is ideal, given that John has a penchant for featherfisted opponents

AGREED.. On here scottish fighters get all the praise wen they dont fight they will be saying Scott Harrison is coming back to win a world title soon its pathetic.. Murray is far to big and for to strong for limond and he wipes the little burn out inside 5 rounds.

Look, I have no affiliation either way. I just think to suggest that Limond would "box his **** off" is a ridiculous statement to make. I've seen enough of both to think that Murray would walk him down and put him away quickly.

Rees is saying that after PF he is back to Lightweight win or lose.

    He wants Murray apparently.
