Just cause Mtgawa gave JuanMa a close hard fight doesn't mean he is on the same level as JuanMa. Mtgawa would probably not have won all the fights that JuanMa has won.
how about paul spadafora? i know he had like 40 wins and no losses buh the agen turned out he was fighting 8 rounders still. soming must've happened in his career buh i know he used to sparr floyd a few tymes
How about this guy, Little Jackie Sharkey? Was arguably the bantamweight champion of the world for a while. Beat three hall of famers and drew with a couple others, yet only finished with a losing record (40-48-20). I'm sure his Boxrec record is a bit incomplete, but it seems crazy that you'd have a champ with a losing record. Was 13-23-6 when he beat Pete Herman while he was champ. Also beat Jimmy Wilde and Johnny Buff. http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=37689&cat=boxer
you still have to give the man his just due though. he gave juanma more than a tough hard fight. he had juanma on the brink of destruction. he works with what he has, and, like dick tiger, he's getting better as he ages.
shooting you girlfriend isnt sound career advice. could of been top notch material. not elite but the man at 135 while corrales and casa were disintergrating
almost every hvy has a padded record. but my favorite padded record was hurricane peter mcneely before he fought tyson. the guy before tyson he fought had 68 losses, the guy before him was 0-8. and it's hard to find anyone on his resume with a winning record. awesome stuff peter. a 90's hvy maurice harris had like 15 losses but was a very good boxer. he exposed jimmy thunder and had a great fight with derrick jefferson. (if you haven't seen it,youtube the harris vs jefferson fight, you won't be disapointed).
