For great all-time action, could there be a better fight than Frank "The Animal" Fletcher vs. Mustafa Hamsho back in early 80's before Fletcher's style wore him down and he started losing in 1983. Picture a prime 1981-1982 Fletcher against a prime 1981-1982 Hamsho. Let the bloodbath and southpaw hooks begin.

Hamsho takes this one, if not for hagler hamsho would of been champion, the guy was so strong and could take it aswel. He reminds me a little bit of arthur abraham both are so strong, durable and wear fighters down with there uncanny strength.

I'm taking Hamsho in a close brutal fight, which could go either way.

Hamsho's the far more proven fighter, and is just better as well. He'd outmaul redroosters beloved animarl. PLenty of punches thrown, but the skill level would be atrocious :yep

I think Hamsho takes this It took me about 2 seconds to come to that conclusion.I agree with the post that said if it wasnt for Hagler Hamsho would have been champ.

You wouldn't recognise skill if it bit you on the head of the dick, anyway

Would Hamsho be able to handle Duran or Tony Ayala Jr. in a middleweight matchup?

BTW, after a classic bloodfest, I think Hamsho would take it late, provided Frank doesn't inflict one too many cuts.

lol. You grossly overrate Tony "The-****** for $200 Alex" Ayala. He wasn't, nor would he ever have been better than Duran at any weight.

Hamsho is a better version of Fletcher. Hamsho later round stoppage.
