As long as he keeps up knocking stiffs like Seldon out, I guess the average fan likes to see that.

I dont think this matchup is funny at all......I seriously fear for Seldon's well being.
When you have someone with the awesome punching power of David Tua fighting the caliber fighter of Seldon.
.....I'm dead serious here, something can go very very wrong and Bruce Seldon can get badly and even permanently hurt.

These types of matchups give my stomach discomfort.....its one of the things about boxing that makes me very uncomfortable.

    I just dont like it!:?

Did you try taking peptobismol ? If the problem persists, you should really go in and see a doctor.

It will take alot more than Pepto Bismol to cure what ails the sport of boxing and that causes the discomfort I feel when said matchups are made.

The question is going to Bruce going to go down before or after the left hook connects???? That is the only question!

Try not to read too much into it divac, Seldon will be fine. The docs wouldn't pass him if he is not up to it.

What the hell kind of useless fight is this? It will likely not go past 1 round. I thought Tua was getting serious. This is not a serious fight. I hope he's not taking easy fights in order not to train hard so he can spend moe time at Burger King.

I hope David wins convincingly against Bruce, because 4 weeks after that fight God willing he faces Friday Ahunanya in New Zealand.. Its all done , David just has to beat the shopworn Seldon , and the March date is to go ahead... Dave is a hell of a fighter and we respect what he brings to the table, Friday is straining at the leash for this fight he hasn't boxed since demolishing both Alonzo Butler and Shane Cameron (Both unbeaten fighters) Its a crossroads fight for both men...........

its to clear up a $50,000 a fight contract cedirc kushner pretty much fooled him to sign and to keep him sharp and shake off any remaining ring rust so he can prepare to fight bigger names. these fights are for marketing purposes more than getting a better ranking, if tua beats seldon....wait, WHEN tua beats seldon and in a brutal and convincing fashion, he could get some nice publicity. his fight with friday is merely to shut the guy up from calling him out, his third fight would probably be someone more credible, but not by that much since its merely a $50,000 fight. here's hoping its tye fields!!!

Stick a fork in Tua if he looks bad in winning.

BigCat, will Friday be ready? He hasn't fought in what will be 21 months. How much is Friday getting paid? I'll be at the fight.

Props to you and Friday for calling out Tua and taking the fight!

Friday has been out for merely over a year and a few months, he had prior to that beat two unbeaten young guys who he wasn't meant to beat.. Tua has been out of the picture and only got his sole win in years by beating one of the two cats Friday stopped in one of his last two wins.. Is Tua honestly ready for a hard fight after so long out of the ring... If Friday is gonna be rusty he is gonna be longterm rusty.. Friday doesnt go a day or two out of the gym all year round .. He is up for a fight with anyone but just has had no one step in the ring with him.. we jumped at the chance at fighting David because so many people are back on his hype train, I wish Dave well , i was a fan and always will be he is a great positive attribute to boxing and i am glad he stepped to the challenge, Friday will be ready and we love NZ, Its a wonderful place..... I Hope Shane is ok, we hope to see him there , if his face could hold up without falling off during big fights he may have made it as a decent pro, but his face splits open as soon as he ships a few hard right hands..

    God bless..

Seldon? Wow but hey if TUA fights thrice in three mths and looks good Im sure he'll get a title shot right away. Would love to see a TUA-AREOLA fight though.
