Last time i checked its mayweather doing exclusive interviews with sky sports news, which is the biggest sports news channel in the UK.

If by England you mean Britain or the United Kingdom then i'd say Mayweather may edge it. The buzz in Britain for the Hatton Mayweather fight was far bigger than the Hatton Pacquiao fight.

 

Floyd is bigger in the US but Pacquiao is a bigger international star all over the world
