Tua v Rahman at this stage. Yes, it would be very, very tough for Tua.

Yes. What else would he look like against a fighter of that caliber?

Look at the shape he was in when he decked Tua.

And remind me who Tua has beaten in the last 5 years? Both are on their way out - win wise. Rahman lost a few, but he's also fought top class opponents, unlike Tua. And whether you like it or not, Rahman was seen as the #2 or #3 behind Wlad in 2006, when Vitali was retired. Tua was nowhere near that because he was eating Samoan burgers and fought nobody.

However, Tua still has that huge left hook, while Rahman has slowed down almost to a standstill. I'd pick Tua, but Rahman does seem to have a style that bothers David.

Tua would stop him easily at this point.

Tua is far, far beyond gone, just like Rahman. No amount of wins over Cameron and Seldon will convince me otherwise. I don't see any reason as to why it won't look like a slower version of their previous bouts. Rahman by decision or Tua by late KO.

LOL no ****. Should have been an easy Rahman win. Rahman beat that ass 2 fights and still don't have a win on his record for it.

who gives a **** whether it convinces you or not or the fact that you cant recognize a fighter that is TRULY washed up, who the hell are you? cameron was top ten in the WBO after tua beat him. how many fighters can say they came from a two year layoff and beat a title holder?

    1) A contender or fringe contender shouldn't look that bad regardless of whether he was fighting Wlad or not. Look at Tony Thompson, another older guy, or injured brewster second time around or spent shell chris byrd 2. Thompson looked great in defeat. Byrd and brewster looked bad but still better than rahman.

    2) My point was is that Rahman didn't look in fighting shape in the past 3 years (not dating back to Tua 2). But at any rate, the only reason Rahman had enough left at the end of round 12, was because neither guy did anything in all of the other rounds. Again, I watched that fight as it happened and it was a joke and a big disappointment

Ummmmm Rahman was WELL ahead on the cards. In terms of winning, he was tapping that ass.

Tua rocked him...well after the bell. No recovery time.

The stoppage was highly debateable. Rahman was slipping punches while only getting hit with a few.

To say bounced like a basketball is dumb. Sorry.

Rahman got knocked out in the first fight. And let's be honest, his chin hasn't gotten any better with age, not that it was that good to begin with.
