Last night an onlooker said: "It was really weird. This guy went up to Amir in the street and started staring at him. "Then he said, 'So, you think you're a boxer - what are you going to do?' "There was a bit of scuffling between him and Amir's mates, and then another guy stepped in and broke it up. "But a few moments later the bloke who had been eyeballing Amir returned with a hammer and ran towards the Range Rover. Then he suddenly started smashing the windows. It was like this fella was crazy. Punched "But there was no way anyone was going to try and stop him because he was swinging this hammer about. "It all happened so fast. Then this bloke just ran off. "Amir and his friends were left totally shocked." Amir took the car for repairs to a dealer near his home in Bolton, Greater Manchester. Police confirmed they had attended the bust-up at 4.15pm on Christmas Eve. So, you criticise a man for something someone else said, if you don't mind me saying thats pretty ******ed :deal
Honestly Beest?? C'mon mate, you're better than that! Surely you are just playing with words there? What never ceases to offend me and amuse me in equal measure is the American trait of completely misunderstanding phrases. One I see regularly is "in all do respect". I can't think of anymore right now but I'm sure you've all seen such things before on the internet. It's like they hear a phrase and have absolutely no interest in what it means, what the words might actually be trying to say, so they just use them in a very phonetic way. Not exactly the same but we all know of the American use of "I could care less" and calling people a "retart. Anyway, I know you well enough Beest and I know you're a bright lad, so I'm sure your verbal diarrhea but was just a fun play on words. ????
I read it in this mornings times. I'll never ever click on a link from that shite or read it. But lets not get into that, it'll just turn into "selt pity scouser" nonsense from people without a clue.
What a ****ing obnoxious thing to say!! Show me one person here who has even given so much as a hint of racism in what they have said!! C'mon, prove it!! I like you, CHJ but I'm not going to stand for **** like that. To just presume that some of us have an abhorrent personality trait because they don't like someone, who just happens to be of Asian heritage? No, that's pretty disgusting mate! For the record, I like Khan but I'm going to stick up for people to have the right not to like him for their own, innocent reasons, whether I think they are stupid reasons or not.
