Actually, diuretics are not banned because of the way they help to make you look cut.

They are used as a masking agent. That means that they are used to hide the other drugs in your system.

Tea and Coffee are Diurectics. Maybe NSAC should think about banning Caffeine alltogether.. The kid has grown up through the weight class's. He's on Diurectics because he's clearly struggling to make weight or didnt make the cut properly. Sounds like he needs to move up to me. And Diurectics are not a peformance enhancer. They just make you **** more.

They dehydrate. That simply means loosing water. Its a very dangerous practice in my eyes espcially in a sport like boxing where dehydration can have adverse effects on the brain when trauma is involved. Fighters that rehydrate by amounts in excess of 10lbs simply need to move up a division.

Havent heard nothing about it. But furosemide(Lasix) or bumetadine (Bumex) are two very common diuretics.

Are you as stupid as your post? You can't be that dumb. It is a ban substance listed by the Nevada Athletic Commission. I don't give a **** about him and his weight problems. There are a ton of food that have natural chemical such as Diurectics or even steroid. But it is not the same as the lab created chemical. You'd have to drink 5 gallons of coffee or tea which is then pointelss in losing water, but of course your to stupid to know that.

The point is he got caught. Cheating is ****ing cheating.

How long did it take you to find that crap? This is the problem with goons like you. You dont know **** all about any PED's and never worked out a day in their life. And yet your trawling the web looking for as much info as you can about a topic you know **** all about. Tell you what go to your nearest gym and ask all the BB's that are making weight if there on a diurectics. Must feel really good being stupid.
