    Pacquiao 50-3-2 (WBO welterweight champion)
    5'6
    68" reach

    * 12 title fights (linear championships are counted seperately)
    * 9-1-2 record in championship fights
    * Titles (sanctioned by accredited organizations) @ Flyweight, Super bantamweight, Super featherweight, lightweight, and welterweight
    * 4 Linear titles
    *12 former/current champions faced
    *4 year, 11 fight unbeaten streak

    Paquiao is a definite hall of famer and has accomplished alot, turned pro at the age of 16, started off at 106 lbs, and has accomplished alot despite not having a solid amateur background.

    Floyd Mayweather 40-0-0
    5'8
    73" reach

    *20 title fights
    *20-0 in championship fights
    *14 former/current champions faced
    *6 championships - 130-154 (all within his first 10 yrs as a pro and won consecutively)
    *13 yr unbeaten streak
    * 3 division linear champion

    We all know about Mayweather as well, for sure hall of famer and one of the greatest of this era. Decorated amateur, seasoned pro, technically sound.

    Here we have a clash of its first kind of the 2000 decade between two fighters who are extremely accomplished and have style match ups that will create a great fight. Two hall of famers who are relatively close in age, accomplishments, and physical attributes.

    What determines the winner? ... we won't know till March 13th.

    Until then we can only assume, which makes for great drama. I'm excited this fight will happen. I've shown some bias in the past but i've always shown support to Pacquiao -

    I was one of only a few posters on these boards that believed that Pacquiao was capable of making the jump to welterweight after fighting David Diaz.

    Nows that the fight is official ... lets begin on the madness !!

    I think it's still "pseudo" signed at the moment since they're still working on the details.

    Mayweather 116-112. If Floyd comes through the first 3 rounds, I think Pacquiao is going to be the subject of a boxing-masterclass.

    Pac TKO PBF 11th due to accumulative damage.

    Pac's workrate overwhelms PBF who cant stand and trade and cant defend all night. Unlike JMM who at 130/126 displayed amazing combinations, PBF has never displayed anything like that at 147, I also think he's too afraid of getting hit to counter with combinations. Pot shotting will simply not work..maybe a few rounds.
