you can say everything you want about mcclelan's losses. just don't forget hopkins' loss to clinton mitchell. hopkins never faced either julian jackson nor nigel benn. had he face them his career would have been shorter. hopkins avoided so many of the best fighters of his time and weight neighborhood. i pick mcclellan to win if the referee does his job. i think a disqualification is a realistic possibility here.
**** off you twat. Nobody wants to read your **** in the Classic. **** off over to the General Forum if you insist on posting your worthless opinions on anything.
Hopkins has too much class and skill to be beaten by such a one dimensional fighter, tho a fighter with such incredible power must always be respected. Hopkins would assume the role of spoiler, with much smothering and mauling in close to negate his opponents dynamic power and explosiveness.
Mclellans power would not be a huge factor in this fight in my opinion, Hopkins just became too good at taking punches, and yeah I think he became better. I saw him hurt in some of his middleweight fights against Echols and Allen. I also think Mclellans boxing ability is vastly underated on this forum. He wasnt as bad as most make him out to be. I think the fight is competitive with Hopkins at his best, being a bit too tricky for the best Mclellan.
Do you understand humour? Evidently not. Nobody wants to read your stupid opinions about Hopkins 'losing' to Clinton Mitchell, or how Orlin Norris & Chris Byrd are supposéd all-time-greats.
Sweetqueer either believes hopkins can clinch and butt mccllelan undetectedly and effectively or he has some miracle to pull out of his arse
The hopkins of 94/95 vs the g man of 95, now that would be an intresting fight. Its a shame Hopkins missed out on some big fights round that time with norris, toney, eubank, benn, collins, jackson and the g man.
