I just want to see Amir Khan face a prime, world-level fighter!!! Khan's declaration that "Kotelnik was the worst champion around" doesn't do him any favours, does it? He has been protected long enough!!! I for one want to see a "World champion" fight in meaningful fights. There are plenty of world class opponents out there who would love to fight Amir. Come on Khan, fight them!! Amir is of course very young and he has made fantastic progress, and he may very well turn out to be a great fighter but how will we know until he proves himself?

:good Judah vs Khan!! Now that's a fight I would pay to watch!!!! But Malignaggi would be the sort of guy they would want. As you rightly say, Paulie is a decent operator with no power= Perfect Khan opponent!!

Kendall Holt is a decent name and low-risk for a debut in the States. I'm also convinced Khan beats Maidana comfortably and I really don't get Maidana's hype; he is only relevant as he has a joke 'interim' title and people think he's decent as he has a high KO ratio. So long as you refuse to fight his fight and don't brawl with him, Maidana can be outboxed. Alexander would also be a good move on an undercard of a big fight and would also be a unification.

I'd like Khan to take any of those fights next before stepping in with the likes of JMM, Juan Diaz, Bradley, Peterson and Urango:good.

i think marquez, i cant see hatton gettin in shape anytime soon tbh, and its obvious khan wants to fight on the pac floyd undercard, and marquez said after the floyd fight hes gonna come bk early 2010 so march would seem sensible and at 140 for khans title, it makes sense. marquez gets a shot at 140 wba title, khan gets a massive name on a massive card and huge exposure in the states and massive credit if he pulls it off

True at 140 JMM looked slow footed and out of his natural weight class, it would be a big name on Khan CV also.

Yep, I think Khan can pull off a win, it would be a risk but at world level Khan just cant have it all his own way. Around 140/(142 for Mayweather fight) JMM looks easier than 135 version, plus he is around 35/36 age could also be a factor. We dont know how much that Mayweather 12 round beating took out of him also.
