There was also the late 90's/early 2000's fab four: DLH, Trinidad, Vargas, Mosley. This was a good one.
Funny how Floyd hasnt fought anyone in your assesment of the Welterweight Fab Four but will have two fights against the lower weight Fab Four at his weight next year :yep. I think Floyd desperately needs this win or his resume will be tarnished and he will be discovered for the fraud he is.
you're absolute right about floyd's resume..but as much as i hate his arrogance, there's no denying his skills rates up those with Leonard and some of the best...and i hope manny wins it big on march 13.
I agree with Mab/Morales/Pac/Marquez. Mayweather hasn't been testing himself, so he doesn't deserve a place.
Zab Judah is a welter Carlos Baldomir was a welter(a big one at that who now fights at light-middle) Ricky Hatton had held a world title at welter, and weighed as much as Floyd the night of the fight. Marquez was a tune up fight after being out for nearly 2 years. Can people not fight tune ups anymore after long absences? Also what has Marquez's age got to do with anything? The guy was in the best form of career, coming off knockout wins over Diaz and Casamayor. He was small, yes. His age is utterly irrelevant.
he beat the same guys ****nut...BEFORE PAC...he is the best...he would have killed cotto and everyone knows it...he fought ODLH at 154 when he was coming off a big ko over mayorga....now he will beat pac...but he will not be one of the greats....gimme a ****ing break hater
lol...the same marquez that floyd completely dominated??? they are great fighters....floyd is the best...he would have beat them any time anywhere at any weight
Vargas?? Really?? Seems to me,he was just a punching bag for the other 3. Dont think he was anything special in his own right. And then there the steroid thing.
LOL didn't take long to read some dumb ****. PBF last 3 fights are Oscar, Hatton and Marquez. Pac last 3 fights Oscar, Hatton and Cotto who did he clear out?
