For those of you screaming bloody murder that one side is trying to get the advantage on the other, here are the stipulations that BOTH Pacquiao and Mayweather have agreed on:

The fight will take place at Welterweight (147) and Pacquiao's WBO title will be on the line (contrary to popular belief, The Ring Championship will NOT be on the line).

There will be a 50/50 split.

Both fighters will wear 8-ounce gloves but each fighter will be allowed to select the brand of gloves he will wear for the fight.

For promotional purposes, the bout will be referred to as Mayweather/Pacquiao, but Top Rank will receive first billing over Golden Boy throughout the promotion.

The site is still not finalized. Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has expressed interest in bringing the fight to his new stadium as have representatives from the Superdome in New Orleans. Also in the mix is the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, which has hosted several Pacquiao and Mayweather bouts. Arum has also received a proposal for a 30,000-seat temporary stadium on the Las Vegas Strip across from the Wynn resort.

I am not from Dallas, but it would nice to see a city like Big D get the fight. I don't see it happening with this huge a fight, but that would be interesting .Hearns incidentally fought Benitez at the superdome in December of 1982 and won his 154 pound title there.

What's the '30,000 seat temporary stadium' all about?

Don't ask me, I've been wondering that myself.

Surely they could fill a bigger place than that?

Unless Mosley looks amazing against Berto he will drop to 3 in the Ring rankings ;)

The Ring belt will be on line if Mosley loses to Berto.

    Guaranteed.

I would be tremendously surprised if this fight doesn't sell out ANYWHERE that they stage it. Is there a place big enough that this thing won't sell? It's a superfight for the ages that the general public is all over.

Does the amount of concessions given by Mayweather here seem out of the ordinary to anyone else? 50/50 split? Any brand of gloves? Potential site other than Vegas?

...also the fact that Golden Boy is representing Mayweather?

    Something smells fishy to me.

If the fight is in Texas the gate for this fight would be huge not to mention the 1.5 million min ppv numbers.

Considering glove size and weight I would say that PBF gave in to Pac. However, I expect a large ring and the fight to be in Nevada.

So far I would say that the terms favor Pac.

I'd like to see the fight in a non-Vegas venue. Just like the good ol' days.
