I have only seen whats on youtube for this fight which is only a few rounds but what I seen was Armstrong thoroughly outworking Ambers.

Has anyone seen the whole fight and were the penaltys for low blows against Armstrong fair ?

I'm guessing there is no footage for the whole fight.

I uploaded the whole fight as in every round although the rounds aren't full.

Everything I've seen, and everything that's been written about the fight, affirms that Armstrong beat the **** out of Ambers in that fight. The early rounds were somewhat competitive, but Armstrong appears to have dominated the whole second half of the fight. Any way that he somehow didn't get that decision has to be considered a robbery.

Armstrong was the victim of two very bizarre decisions that were decided by the referee's interference rather than the actual action. The other was his MW title shot against Ceferino Garcia (which is also on Youtube). The referee did not officially deduct points from Armstrong, but "mentally penalized" him and scored the fight a draw as "compensation" for his rough infighting ways. Both decisions cost Armstrong a title; as great as he was, imagine what his career would've looked like had he been allowed to hold them.

Thats just what I thought. There was no way Armstrong lost that fight.

From the half hour or so that I've seen Armstrong clearly gets the better of it, though it remains pretty torrid the whole way through. Don't see much evidence of clear low blows either.

From what I have seen, I would likely score it for Armstrong, but Ambers was no pushover. He looks damn good in placed. He was at the peak of his abilities then.
