guzman is nothing like floyd...he has that type of potential but is nowhere near his class...and he still won the first two rds with ease before he broke his nose and gassed out

Not reaper again with this forrest ****. Your a *** to even think that a C- fighter like Funeka would even have a remote shot. And yes he would beat Forrest to, easy. Stop with your stupid post, or aleast try some different fighters

The Forrest of the Mosley fight would beat Floyd, that's where me and Reaper agree at. And I said this before Forrest died. I think prime Forrest beats Whitaker also.

prime forrest is no joke. If you don't have big power, forrest is going to box ur ears off. However forrest got success of mosely bc mosely fights only one way and that is trying to ko you way. Floyd would pose problems for forrest as well. I see an ugly fight with floyd wins controversial decision.

Damn, I got all of Floyd's biggest dick riders tryin to call me out and talk ****.

What a surprise they don't know **** about boxin.

Comparin guys like Corrales of all people who has NO JAB, stands STRAIGHT UP, and COLLECTS punches like a homeless person picks up cans, to Funeka.

First of all, in order for Floyd to beat Funeka, he would have to fight aggressively. Guzman a guy with a style so similiar to Floyd that people often refered to him as a minature Floyd that was good enough to beat Pac.

All of a sudden now, since Guzman was dominated, especially when he was on the defensive, despite never being hurt in his previous fights, is a garbage fighter.

Some of ya'll ride dicks like mother ****ers from the south ride rims.

You got TLIANG who is sayin that Hearns, SRL, and a load of other mother ****ers don't stand a chance against Floyd and only SRR would beat him.

That shows me right now, that ya'll have no CONCEPT of boxing.

Guzman was gettin his ass whupped the hardest when he was stayin on the outside. Funeka's great jab was eatin his ass up. What do you think Floyd would do?

    Go right at Funeka?

Hell no, he would stay on the outside until he started gettin banged up a bit, which is inevitable and he would be forced to move inside.

Do ya'll think Floyd can just easily counterpunch a guy that KNOWS how to fight like a tall man, UNLIKE CORRALES, UNLIKE N WHO, uses his jab, and has quick enough feet to avoid any kind of retaliation, ESPECIALLY FROM A GUY WHO IS SMALLER AND IS ON THE OUTSIDE?

No ONE style can beat everybody. Ya'll are fools.

I said that Floyd would likely win a decision because I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say that he IS Floyd, but he will get hit more in this fight than any other fight in his career.

You're tellin me Floyd has the punch capacity or willingness as a hard dude like Nate Campbell to go foward and take punches in order to score with his own?

No, he doesn't. I'm sure Floyd might be more capable stylistically moving foward, but he doesn't have the power that Campbell does.

However he is smarter, which is the reason why I would pick Floyd over Funeka. Still though, it's dumb mother ****ers like TLIANG that give ESB a bad name.

Thinkin Tommy Hearns wouldn't beat Floyd...

    What a ****in joke...

Floyd would cause Ali too many problems. Too fast, accurate and savvy to loose. The way Guzzy was landing those looping shots around Ali's low guard Floyd would have little trouble catching the taller fighter. Paul would be a bigger challenge for Floyd given Paul has more abiliyt and more physical advantages in terms of demensions. If Ali was better defensively and more busy he'd be a bigger challenge. But Floyd wouldn't have much troubles with Ali in my opinion.

But one of the key points is Guzman's inability to hurt Funeka, even a little.

Floyd is a guy who hits slightly harder than Guzman, and has more size, but he's also much more reluctant to be aggressive which is something he would have to do in this fight.

And let's be realistic, Floyd has never fought a guy like Funeka in his entire career.

So, are you certain that Floyd would be able to hurt Funeka? If he can't, he's in a world of pain.

Because think about it like this. Floyd hit Marquez with basically everything in his arsenal to leave Marquez maybe scuffed up at best with a flash knockdown.

But Marquez was also a smaller, shorter fighter, typically a counterpuncher, that was forced to be the aggressor; he was basically made for Floyd.

Funeka may be aggressive, but he uses his distance very well, because of his jab, height and reach, and doesn't put himself in a position to get hit.

He destroyed guys like Raheem and Guzman, who are boxers, and from what I saw deserved a decision against Nate Campbell who is a boxer puncher, but he was more of an aggressive puncher in that fight.

So Floyd will have to adapt in this fight. You say Floyd is too fast, but is he faster than Guzman?

But I agree that Paul would pose a more difficult fight, but for different reasons.

But Pimp, you cannot deny my analysis.

It is well thought out, and you gotta agree that Funeka would pose problems that no other fighter in the past has done.

A tall slick boxer, with a great jab who has been on a rampage against pure boxers would give Floyd hell.

Floyd has a size advantage for sure, but he still lacks power.
