After reviewing Williams/Martinez again this morning, I'd say Team Pavlik can talk all the **** they want about either fighter. If KP really is back at 100%, neither fighter makes it out of the 8th round, and the first 7 would not be all that competetive.

Not really. People claim they hate the ABC's and then turn around and scream for unification. The damned board is bi-polar on the issue. If their rankings mean nothing, their belts mean nothing. Which is pretty much my belief. Yeah, the right guy can bubble to the top but he can also keep it by doing little. This fight is about Kelly keeping the belt. Nothing more, nothing less. I personally don't remember EVER seeing this guy fight so I really don't know how good/bad he is but you seem to think two sparring partners you don't even know the names of are better than him?
