Hand Wraps?

    Personal preference i got the long cleto reyes ones, pricey but worth it

    4 metres stretch. 4 metres, only if you know how to do a good solid wrap. stretch cos it's so much more comfortable.

    I dont know how to wrap yet. Ive watched some videos on it. Should I get 4 metres and learn?

    I strongly suggest this.

    Open youtube. There are LOADS of videos (most are atrocious). Sit there for 45 minutes with your wrap and keep doing your hand until you find what works best for you.

    I've got a sick wrap i like to do. I haven't seen anyone else to my exact wrap. It's a mixture. If you are in London I could show you it.

    Nevertheless, it's about trying out all the ones you see on youtube. When you get 4 metre wraps, PM me and I can show you which videos are decent.

    Is there any benefit to wrappig between the fingers?

    yes, it makes it much more secure. you can get the x between the knuckles and wrist. so it's not just extra padding but in fact helping to lock your hand more.

    I love Cleto Reyes wraps. Their extra long and don't stretch as much as others, such as Everlast.
