His last fight was at Super-Bantamweight, even though boxrec incorrectly states it as an IBF Featherweight eliminator, this was actually a Super-Bantamweight eliminator. So as far as I'm aware Kiko is still a 122 lb fighter, for the time being anyway. I don't think we should be putting the pressure of fighting somone like Kiko, Munroe or bernard on young Paulie's shoulders just yet. Let him go to Italy in February, take the EU title and then let's talk of a move up to fighting top European level opposition, because as it is he hasn't even dealt with Europe's second tier.
