I'm not taking the ****. It may not be 100% true but i've heard loads saying it mate so its looking true
it would be good if they did start having 3 hour shows get to see more of the undercard fights instead of little snippets
****...I thought it was because they were going to show the Khan card, anyone know when thats going to be repeated?
I thought it would be in order to reshow Khan too, but then I saw that the Vitali-Johnson show is also scheduled for 3 hours. Surely Sky aren't going to bother showing the full undercard for that? If Friday Night Fights is indeed going to be a permanent 3 hour fixture now then I hope it will be in conjunction with Sky demanding more competitive undercard fights. I doubt they'd want 2 hours+ of prospects dismantling journeymen with losing records every week.
Interesting, maybe they'll show the Khan fight half a dozen times both nights. My Sky + is going to take a hammering if it's that regular.
If Hatton has a deal with Sky then he will start serving up some great domestic fights... So far his shows have had some great fights on and are been a bit more smarter with music and interviews at the live shows for a much better atmosphere...:yep I would hope with a longer show they could run features on fighters and gyms with a lot more insight rather than snippets...:think I doubt they would fo it but they could start doing features on the development and podium squads for London 2012...:good
**** the features (they should be for a magazine program which the sport badly lacks), I want to see the whole card...the bottom of the undercard is where you track prospects coming through. Imagine being able to see the new Durans pro debut, or the emergence of a new Hatton or Calzaghe...thats where they all start, right at the bottom
That is a a fair point... We ain't going to get a magazine during the week on boxing so it's the best of both worlds I think...Would love Sky to get Bunce on once week, they don't know what they are missing...:good Tracking prospects on undercards is great... We have plenty if up and coming fighters to be looking out for too...
Haskins and Broadhurst are only little so they have to start the fight early so they can have an early bedtime.
