Any other fighters with the same experience diarrhea of some sort??? atsch 1 Example Former WBA welterweight champ Andrew "Six Heads" Lewis. Lewis was handily outpointing Kenny Dalton in Georgetown, Guyana, when in the seventh round he signaled he'd had enough and hurriedly exited the ring. "I wanted to get out and go to the toilet," Lewis said of his pressing need to answer the call of nature. "I preferred to lose the fight than mess myself in front of all those people." Lewis blamed an afternoon milkshake for his gastrointestinal distress.
Apparently it was the reason Duran quit against Leonard in the second fight. Before the fight he had a ton of gazpacho and....well....
Theres so many theories about why he quit, ive heard the one you mentioned ive also heard Duran saying he quit cause he couldnt breath etc. For me he quit cause Leonard was fighting like a clown Duran just said"the hell with this we'll get him next time" what he didnt know is that it would take so long for them to fight again.
dont imagine that happens much. if you know you have diarrhea then you dont fight. and in need of just a regular ****,almost all fighters get nervous before a match and spend some time on the toilet until empty, nobody fights on a full stomach.
The interviews with Duran indicate to me that he quit because Leonard was clowning around and Duran felt disrespected.
