Booth has done exceptionally well but with there promo company taking off Booths time is stretched and Haye lookin to maybe move up a notch i think this would be an outstanding move and could be a key cog in the Heavy weight world domination that Haye seeks .... good move for me !

Cheers for the update mate! Hope this happens actually. I think if Haye is serious about knocking out the Klitscho's he needs to tidy up his game a bit. Roach has experience in the HW division, with Tyson, Tony assistant for Wlad - and i think he could work for Haye.

I think he will yeah - Alex Ariza has done brilliantly with those two fighters i agree. Was good seeing him lift Khan after the fight, looks passionate in his work and think he will work well with David. Although i suspect there will be no post-fight lifting.

He could come on board as a technical advisor......

Seems a strange move to me, Roach has plenty of other fighters, whilst Haye and Booth have always worked well together.

I think if this comes about then the Ruiz fight will be a good time to do it: if it turns out to be a partnership that doesnt work out right, personality clashes, debates over pay/involvement etc, then i'd rather it were to happen against Ruiz cause personally I think Haye will smash the **** out of him no matter whats going on in camp.

If/when he faces a K-bro he'll need to be on absolute top form and have a perfect game plan; which i'm sure Roach can provide, so long as other factors dont get in the way.

For what Roach has done with Khan, Pac etc, i'd LOVE to see what he can do with Haye. If he tidies his game up, sets out a good defence, sharpens his evasive skills etc, then he may well be enough to beat BOTH brothers.

I realise thats purely speculative but I do see Haye as the only real threat to actually both of them, in a long time. Years in fact.

That's true. I was also impressed with Booth in Haye's corner against Valuev. He sounded as though they'd really set out with a round by round gameplan and he got Haye to stick to it perfectly.

I suppose getting Roach in would'nt do any harm. Maybe Booth feels doing this will give Haye the best possible chance of beating Vitali and Vladimir??

Good move. Great to see that they both acknowledge that they are in need of assistance of some sort

    Antcull's a good poster, so I doubt he's making **** up, mate:good.

Interesting that Booth asked the question and I think it would be a great move. When Roach and Haye were talking before the Khan fight the other day it seemed as though they had conversed at length before as they seemed very comfortable together rather than just engaging in small-talk:think. Roach's awesome run of proteges set to continue?:happy

Also, I wonder if Booth fancies himself as Roach's next apprentice post-Moorer? Booth's coaching credentials getting some fine-tuning under Roach would be an awesome move for him as well.
