i think we've heard this over and over again..." Manny is made perfect for (insert favorite boxer)."

Both fighters never fought anyone with the same caliber.

cotto definitely a bigger puncher than floyd. he's a left handed guy, so Cotto's jab is also much stronger than right handed floyd's. cotto was able to snap manny's head back, but couldn't follow through. manny is as good counterpuncher as floyd so he has just as many chances as floyd does to counter the counter puncher.

manny also fights well going back. he has great footwork and makes you think he'll be moving in, but only feints and then attacks from another angle. floyd might have a quick jab, but it won't be strong enough to keep manny off him like cotto was able to.

floyd throws the jab, manny will follow with the right, or "manila ice". it really won't matter if floyd wants to fight in the center of the ring or on the ropes. for everyone of floyd's punches, manny would of landed 4-5 and all with malicious intention. not paw, paw, bang! like floyd. floyd might land cleaner ones, but manny will land in bunches and land some clean ones to to keep floyd humble. it will be Duran-Leonard I all over again.

Pac will bring Floyd something he cant adjust to, awkwardness with power and speed. Floyds style will not work against Pac. Cotto's jab is more powerful than Floyd thats what kept Pac from recklessly charging. If PBF cant hurt Pac, he will run the whole night but Pac will still find him.

You will see Floyd doing the chicken dance for the first time, so watch:hey Best thing going for PBF is potshotting himself to victory, nothing more.

This matchup has great fight written all over it. So many variables and each has never faced a guy with so much to offer. People talk about common opponents, most recently bringing up Marquez, but the slate is clean now because the situations were different. DLH and Hatton were not as good when they faced Pac., and the same goes with Marquez when he faced PBF. To think either of these guys comes out unscathed is a bit farfetched. Pac. is faster, comes from everywhere, and hits harder than anyone Floyd's faced. Floyd is faster, has the best defense and better reflexes than anyone Pac has faced. This fight has classic written all over it.
