He looked good because of his opponent, put him in against either Klitschkos or Povetkin again and he won't look as good as you expect him to.

I think Johnson probably bet on himself to go the distance so as to make some money. Johnson was not even trying, but if he had fought back he would have been knocked out.

Again as usual in a klitschko fight , the entrance was the most entertaining part of the event, i dont blame vitali thou, atleast he was the one throwin punches. Kingping angry face and traschtalk after losing every round in the bout was one of the most pathetic scnenes ive seen in recent boxing history

I'm writing this open letter for the sake of boxing so heavyweight "contender" Kevin Johnson should not get paid for the "effort" he put on in his "world title challenge" on Saturday night.

Prizefighting is FIGHTING for a PRIZE, paid by live attendence, TV audience and sponsors based on a FIGHT put on by FIGHTERS.

However, it is professional boxing's most severe crime when a fighter shows up just for the payday, and cheats the paying live attendence, the paying TV audience, and the paying sponsors for their money, and IT SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED!

It is professional boxing's best interest that fighters not putting on a fight/a performance to win/just show up to survive, should not get paid, which is the most severe punishment a prizefighter can get.

FOR THE SAKE OF THE SAME THING SHOULD NEVER EVER HAPPEN AGAIN, KEVIN JOHNSON MUST NOT GET PAID!

 

I agree. The Guy was a nobody over here.

 

I want to make one thing clear, I did not want to discredit the USA but right now I am just furious about that fight. This was a freakin HW world championship and all Johnson did was trying not to get hit. How do you win fights like this. He even made Hops an attractive fighter...
