Jerry Quarry did a good staredown in his bouts with Shavers and Lyle. Ali and Quarry really got in eahother's faces before their two fights.
This is the greatest stare down of all time in my judgment. Sends shivers down my spine. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MvSmZepzK1I[/ame] 4.00 ...Wow.
Trinidad/Vargas stare down was a classic, at the very tail end of the stare down you can see that Vargas got a little bit intimidated by Tito.
Hagler, Benitez, Tyson, Holyfield, Corrales, Duran, Foreman, and Liston would stare right through you!
This content is protected I know this is a boxing forum. But to follow up on Bills post.... Don't hate me.
Tyson intimidated guys with his aura, his abilities, maybe some mind games during press conferences and the build-up. As far as the staredown before the fight, during the referee's instructions, he only did that on rare occassions. For the first Bruno fight, you could say that Bruno "won" the pre-fight staredown, but ultimately that didn't mean a thing once the bell rang.
That staredown was classic, Benitez was the master of it, cool all the time, not like the over the top UFC staredowns. Vitali also has a great staredown. Worst one has to be DLH's staring up into the sky.
