Congratulations to Paulie. Most fighters wouldn't have been able to come back from the Cotto loss, and especially not the Hatton loss. If that wasn't enough, Paulie boxes his best fight ever and comes away with a slightly unfair ruling in the first Diaz fight, but instead of sulking and fading into obscurity, he gets a rematch and settles the score. The guy has silly hair, says some stupid ****, and his antics are kinda stupid, but he can fight, and he has character.

He ****ing rocked Diaz. I was getting pissed at him taunting and not following him up but he rocked him. Paule was controlling the fight, I didn't like how he finished the fight (Diaz won the last 2 rounds) but he definitely controlled the fight for the most part and out-boxed Diaz. A lot of Diaz power-shots were actually blocked but looked like they landed, at the same time a lot of Paulie close rounds could have been giving to Diaz. Completely fair and fine decision. Paulie won and proved himself. The KD was irrelevant.

Another proof to fans that consider(ed) Hatton after his losses to Pacquiao and Mayweather a bum or easy target that they're totally wrong. Malignaggi is a very slick, fast and skilled fighter who just overcame Diaz TWICE in one-sided fashion. Who here gave Malignaggi a chance after his loss to Hatton?, almost EVERYONE(myself included) picked Diaz to punish him brutally simply because Hatton did the same. Hell I don't think ANYONE(myself included) even imagined for one second Diaz losing to Malignaggi based on the Hatton and Cotto losses. If Hatton was past it and over the hill he would have been outclassed one-sided, fact is Diaz is no Pacquiao nor Mayweather.
HEART...and yeah it does get me excited...i like boxing and I am sicilian and i have been rooting for him since he was an amateur....his career was in limbo and he gets ****ed in houston and STILL comes back yet again to win
paulie fought a smart fight. malignaggi vs. marquez/ortiz would be great. he's probably the most entertaining fighter with the lowest ko percentage love him or hate him.
I think PM beats hatton right now...he had a bad night and got caught with a huge punch last fight....i thought he would win against diaz but i am def biased
