I need to get the UK's opinion! What do you think about Khan coming to America to fight Paulie now? I (an american fan) think that it would be a great match and the results, I think could lead to a fight where the winner gets a crack at Hatton in England. Which brings me to my next point. Would you be interested in watching a Malignaggi rematch against Hatton? I can only see it being an excellant fight and can only see massive hype and English patriotism coming through in this one! I LOOOVE when fights are in england! Wheather I go there live or see it on TV, there is no beating the pom and circumstance of UK boxing! I would really love to see Maliggagi vs hatton II!! think khan vs malignaggi would be a good fight, with malignaggi not been a big puncher and also he can take some hammer. not bothered about either of them vs hatton. (Think Hatton should fight marquez next would be a war, and then retire). Would rather see khan fight one of the other belt holders lww and then start testing the water at welterweight.
trust me khan dont wanna test water in welterweight. khan loses convincingly IMO to cotto, margo, mosley, berto, pac, floyd. welterweight division is piping hot at the minute hes gonna have to stay at 140 for the next few years.
Hello Manjanek, I'm a UK fan I think it would be very clever for Khan to go over to America now and fight Paulie, Paulie has no knockout power and isn't heavy handed so Khan could take the fight without having to worry about his chin, however Paulie is very skilled and I think it would be a good test for Kahn fighting a decent B level fighter. A Paulie rematch against Hatton isn't going to happen. Paulie holds no belt at 140lbs, and no Uk fan would be interested in seeing it. Hatton has already said he wants big fights, and he's already thoroughly beaten Paulie once, Paulie isn't a big enough name. So I wouldnt hold your breath. Im glad you like the UK enthusiasm for boxing, its just such a shame that Madison Square Garden and the other big boxing venues dont hold 80.000+ seats, otherwise the Uk fans would fill them!!!
khan vs paulie is an excellent fight and the winner can face the winner from marquez n hatton. khanz bro haroon told me that they were eyeing up malignaggi already. so this makes more sense now that he has a belt. I bet u this will happen as khanz next fight now that malignaggi is getting all this attention and hatton is booked
Should be a good fight for Khan. Paulie's got no power and that's the only thing Khan would worry about. I see Khan stopping Malignaggi in the late rounds. As for Khan vs Hatton. That would be a big money maker but a bad fight for either. Malignaggi vs Hatton? Im not sure anyone would be that interested would they?
Khan vs Bradley would be a far better matchup, and alot better for the paying public to watch, i see Bradley winning to....:thumbsup
Would be an excellent fight, I like Paulie but I think Khan would just edge it but Paulie could easily teach Khan a lesson if he's not on his game
both Hatton & Khan destroys him. Khan embarrasses him, styles, Paulie doesnt have the power to stop Khan and Khan is faster and technically a lot more skilled.
i can see it happening mate as they will look at a paulie fight as low risk/high reward for khan But lets face reality ......paulie would get shafted again :deal THERE IS NO WAY THEY WILL LET KHAN LOSE A DECISION HE MAKES TOO MUCH MONEY FOR THEM AND IF THERE IS A CHANCE OF A MASSIVE MONEY FIGHT WITH HATTON PAULIE HAS 'NO CHANCE' unless he can knock khan out .......which he prob won't paulie could have lou dibella ,sherif younan and his brother as the judges and khan would still get it :twisted:
