If they cant even afford gmitruk how in hell could they hire some1 like emmanuel or roach? , its about money guys , . Andrew said in interview that the money he's getting is not enough to recompensate few months separation from family, and btw gmitruk also has problems with adameks team , it seems like zyggi doesnt really think they need him.

Gmitruk needs money as well, i mean hes a great trainer and im sure he has a family to feed as well, plus with his health problems and what not...

Agreed. Although the whole dispute seems to be mostly between Gmitruk and Ziggy. Tho im sure both parties have their faults. Adamek letting Gmitruk go would be a huge mistake. Beginning of the end if you ask me. I just get that impression. Adamek isnt super rich either. If that article is right. For one of Adameks last fights, I think with Golota, where Gmitruk spent 5 weeks with Adamek, he made 25,000$ ...tickets, housing, and car paid for. That is decent for spending a month and a week with your main fighter if you ask me. Especially by Polish standards. .. and considering the amount Adamek makes...

I mean if Adamek made over a million everyfight then its ****. But how much did Adamek bring in vs Golota? 300k or so? Now when you pay everyone off how much do you have left. i duno

Why doesnt he do what Wlodarczyk did?

I see Wlodarczyk on commercials all the time, tv shows, and even movies.

Thats extra money in the pocket with boxing on the side.

Krzysiek made about 120,000 Euros for his fight with Fragomeni, plus the movies he has been in, the comericals etc...thats extra money in the pocket....

Tomek is clearly a bigger name than Krzysztof, but he choses not to follow that route...It's simple and easy..

Tomek could EASILY make some cash in Poland due to his name alone, dont ask me why he doesnt. Instead he makes these "Adamek" T Shirts and expects Polaks to buy them... lawl... in these hard times?

Polaks barley have enough money for bread let alone buying some overpriced T Shirt. You have to pull numbers(buyers) with **** like that. A commerical you get paid straight up by the broadcasters, you dont have to worry about if anyone will buy it or not...

Every nation has thier hero. Im sure even Manny Pac is on Filipino commericals and movies. Plus that kid even wrote a book or comic or somthing, thats extra money as well. Dunno i seen him on the Conan O Brien show promoting that ****.

Its Adameks fault hes not marketing his name in Poland, otherwise he would have much extra cash in his pocket.

Boxing alone isnt enough to be "rich", he clearly has a name he's just not using it.

Its All Ziggy's fault , he's all about money now , do you guys know why even estrada fight is set? cuz estrada gets only 30k-50k and he was the cheapest boxer they could get when rahman fight fell out , its just luck that he is both good and cheap cuz it could be next bobby gunn now, Ziggy poisons adamek mind and makes him greedy bustard like he himself is(just think how he sold his "friend" Golota for adamek fight , and it was pretty obvious andrew would end up on the canvas from the very beginning) , thats really sad , u can guess how frustrated and depressed gmitruk is to spread these rumors to the press ,seems like he has no other choice. Now ofcorz officialy he's denying , but u can clearly see that something wrong is going on.

 

Ziggy is a skumbag, straight up.

That ****er has his own car business, his own promotions and everything, but thats still not enough for the ****er.

I hated Ziggy ever scince the Dawson fight.

Not only was he TOTALLY USELESS in the corner, his translations were way off and his advice was pathetic. Buddy would say 1 thing and Ziggy would say something else.

The guy is a money gloating piece of crap.

i know some of you speak polish , u should go from time to time here www.boxing.pl to forum section there re many very knowledgeable guys that re very close to polish boxing scene and know many boxers in person , they know the **** that happens behind the curtain. News on bokser.org wont tell u the whole truth:yep

 

Yea Ziggy isnt the best translator.. thats for sure.

As far as Adamek it is true, he doesnt use his name to the full extent he can. But at the same time, he stays so busy with boxing that he really doesnt have the time to get involved in any big TV type stuff.

I mean that's just a guess, the guy does fight every 3-4 months almost, and based in the US. The **** he would be able to make money off of would mostly be in Poland, and the trip itself is pretty timely. Adamek isnt dumb, he will still have a chance to market his name even after his boxing days are over, he is a big enough star, and who knows, maybe thats what he will do when the time comes, and for now is trying to concentrate on his main ambition : boxing.
