Too smart too strong to ever let another man beat him or break his will. Even the two losses were because of injury, he would have won those two fights. Ali and Holmes and Joe Louis were done at 38, they had no legs or cooridnation left, Vitali is as good as ever. Fraizer, Norton, Young, Liston all would get beaten up by Vitali, in the same manner as the modern challengers. Vitali is just an amazing champion, simply the best there ever was.
:rofl Losing on injury! That one again. Ok, fair point on the Brd fight, pulling your shoulder is counted as an injury. Getting your face punched off by a greater fighter...isn't. He's not the greatest, he's the best or second best of a very bad bunch.
Second loss was no injury. His face was smashed into pulp by Lewis' fists. He shouldn't have gotten smacked around so much.
Ali wishes he had a dominant style like Vitali, so he could be healthier in his old age. Ali was great but not great enough to dominate like Vitali.
lennox lewis is considered an ATG and 1 of the best ever and to some arguably the best heavyweight of all time and vitali klitschko beat lewis's ass had it not been for that cut vitali wouldve obviously won that fight
Haha. If I was in a fight and I smashed the other guys face up like Lewis did Vit Klit I'm pretty sure I won the fight. Only one fighter got his ass beat and it wasn't a haggered old Lewis.
He used Byrd as a sparring partner. And Lennox retired from the sport, though the day before the Vitali fight Lewis said to Lampley in the TV interview he wanted two more fights after Vitali. Lewis exited the sport because Vitali pushed him out. Vitali = THE GREATEST
Vitali held his own against Lewis and proved himself as a very good fighter, but the greatest he's definitely not. He's done very well since the Lewis fight, and it's not his fault that there haven't been any serious challengers out there.
