    Is it wise?

I had a funny turn a week ago and got rushed to hospital...anyway I got septicemia and then was given and big bunch of antibiotics. I was on a drip and all that jazz for awhile but now I am just taken the stuff in tablet form and still feelin a little dodgy but I feel I need to get back in training.

So any ideas when it would be wise for me to start back into training even if it is just cardio?

    Thanks. :good

Sorry, but I think that's a question better answered by your doctor.

For sure, im not going to give you medical advice, i would imagine technically there is nothing wrong with it apart from the fact you and your body has been through an ordeal and should probably rest for the foreseeabl:goode

I dont remember the name of what it was but I was given two pretty strong antibiotics a few years ago and it made me really sluggish and fatigued.

I attempted to work out while I was on them, went to the gym did my 5-10 minute stationary bike which is my warm up before weights and jogging but I was exhausted after my warm up and just went back home.

Antibiotics atack all the bacteria in your body not just the bacteria that is causing the infection. A lot of doctors recomend eating yogurt while taking antibiotics. Yogurt is a Probiotic food that will replace the good bacteria in your body and make you less sluglesh.

    Thanks.

Went to my GP yesterday and he had no idea that I had been in hospital for a week and that I was on antibiotics. God damn ********.
