I don't know if Adamek picked the "wrong" opponent for his HW campaign but i am certain he picked an opponent that will challenge him and give us a very good fight to watch. Both guys love to engage. Props to Adamek for making this happen.
I'm for Adamek but I'm very surprised that he takes this opponent. Estrada has a great chin and throws a lot of punches.
Fair opponent for his next fight. Look forward to seeing what he can do but I just don't see him as a heavyweight.
Adamek on points, maybe late stoppage. Something a little special about Adamek even though it's not outwardly obvious.

actually i feel adamek can be beaten easily! but estrada will get beaten thats for sure! But estrada is a good name and will push adamek!
Just what i have been saying to my mates. I see Adamek having the beating of alot of top 10 fighters, maybe not Wlad or Vitali, but i would put him in against Haye and call it a 50/50 fight.
How tall is Estrada? In face off pics, Adamek looks taller. At any rate, fighting small light hitting hw's is the way to go for Adamek. I don't think Adamek will grab a hw title, but i guess campaigning at hw makes more financial sense to his team. With an Estrada win and maybe one more he might get a pretty big fight which would likely earn a lot more than even a CW title defense.
Adamek's best shot is Haye. Similar in size and I think Adamek can take Haye's punch and even counter and out box him well. He cant beat Vitali or Wlad.
If Adamek gets past Estrada. He should fight Valuev to show the world how much better than Haye he is. alternatively he could just fight non-punchers and shot fighters until he gets a cashout match.
beating arreola is asking way too much. thats about a 75 pound weight difference and arreola, unlike golota, is in his prime. It would seem to me a win over estrada would qualify him for a HW title bout. I mean, who the hell did Haye beat as a HW that was better than either golota or estrada....?
Well it doesn't really matter what Estrada believes, he will never be a top heavyweight. That's just reality. Dimitrenko, Chagaev, Oquendo, Meehan are some guys that are rated high in the ABC's that i think would be a smarter choice to fight. I do think Adamek could beat Arreola but he is one of the top punchers in the division. Klychko's Boytsov Haye Tua are the only guys who hit harder than Arreola. Why not take one of the other guys listed above and ensure your title shot. Save walking through hell for when there is a belt on the line.
