YOUNGSTOWN Michael Pavlik, the older brother of middleweight boxing champ Kelly Pavlik, faces a charge of felony domestic violence and abduction. Pavlik voluntarily turned himself in to police early today. He is charged related to a Friday incident with an acquaintance. According to a police report, Pavlik and a 33-year-old woman became involved in a physical altercation at a Cornell Street home just before midnight. The woman told police Pavlik punched her in the eye, threw her into a coffee table and dragged her across the floor. The woman said the fight continued Saturday with more physical confrontation. Pavlik is expected to be arraigned Wednesday in Youngstown Municipal Court. Often cited as a member of Team Pavlik, Michael has worked as cornerman, team coordinator and media handler for his brothers boxing enterprise.
I'm pretty much ignoring Kelly's comments because I don't want to put the kid in the same group of his unprofessional lying scumbag team who caused HBO, Team Williams and Shane Mosley (who's fight got screwed as well) millions of losses. Kelly is a fighter who fights, sharks around him don't fight, just pick up the paycheck. So I have the utmost respect for him as for any fighter stepping into the ring. My thoughts exactly! I like Pavlik, but he needs to face a guy like Paul Williams. Come fight night against Espino, it will be a MW vs a LHW. Pavlik will be much the bigger & stronger man. If Pavlik genuinely wants to face Paul Williams, then he will want it sooner rather than later. KP is on borrowed time at 160lbs - he will soon not be able to make the weight & move up to SMW!

Normal garbage as usual... It is well known that he asked PW to wait till Jan so that he could get a full camp in, but then Williams saw this as his opportunity to claim Pavlik is scared. He won't fight Pavlik watch, Pavlik will call him out and he'll say Pavlik is scared because of what happened with his hand... or he'll price himself out of the fight wanting 50/50 even though PW has absolutely no following and isn't worth ****.

If Williams isn't worth ****, hbo wouldn't bother putting him on their network. Williams was on hbo last week while Pavlik next will be on ppv twice in a row in which should tell you who hbo wants more between Williams or Pavlik. And even though the fight was in ballwalk hall in atlantic city, many fans were cheering for Williams. And Pavlik will be fighting against journeymen Espino for way less money then what he would have got vs Williams. So don't sit and type ******ed **** ok mcmanama?
