To be fair, MMA athletes mimicking your punch style isn't something a boxer should gloat about, lol.

Have you seen how wide those ****ers punch? This coming from a guy who respects the MMA game and the art of grappling, those guys cannot throw nor take a punch anywhere near the standard of professional boxers.

Isn't getting a KO over your opponent a MAJOR part of the sport? In fact it is the ultimate component of a sport that is combat between two individuals, does that make sense?

Too much has been said about the science of hit and not be hit. In the end, Boxing is a combat sport, where the man who manages to beat the other into submission wins.

If you continue to put forth the science of being able to hit and not be hit as the real epitome of boxing, its time to consider changing it to dodgeball.

  5. Penn was just saying he he realizes the principle of throwing punchs in bunches which is inspired by pacquaio.

I think some people have an imagination on that one.

Its the other way around. It's these type fighters that dont understand the sport. It thrived because of the fans. It is what it is now because of the fans. It is a very big business because of the fans. :deal

Boxers know their responsibilities as fighters and entertainers. Turn off the fans, and the sport dies. Fighter's like Pac, who are forever grateful to the sport and its fans, likes giving fans their money's worth. :bbb

Floyd openly say he doesnt care. And thats the easiest part of him to understand.:yep

I do respect what floyd does, its his style, but almost all boxing purists here are so drawn to his style, its unbelievable. I mean its ok to dodge and parry, but show some aggression once in a while. hell marquez and baldo was already no hopers during the fight still floydie didnt engage. I mean WTF?
