Yeah - Mosley's right hand took Margarito out of his game and out of his consciousness.

I thought you were trying to make excuses for Margorito...My bad homie...To answer your question...Clinching is perfectly legally if you do it right...Mosley simply off setted Margorito rythem a perfectly timed clinch...IMO I dont think he clinched to much...Different strokes for different folks!:good

fa sho player.... but this thread is about why margo lost the way he did... and i do think he was distracted and thats why he didnt fight the same.... i mean he juss got caught cheating how could he concentrate but mosley was holdin too much and i think margo takes him in a rematch.... juss watch it and ull see that shane felt every punch even witout plaster haha, u can see it on his face.

He looked weak and drained to me. Reportedly he blew up in weight after the Cotto bout and then sweated all the way down to 145 very quickly before the Mosley fight as if trying to prove a point, but I think that cost him big because he didn't seem to have that much strength and energy for that fight.

To you, maybe, but it's against the rules, numbnuts. Especially when it's done as excessively as Mosley did it in that fight.

    Fail.

Just because you say so doesnt make it true...Mosley simply off setted Margorito when he clinched...**** what you talking about!:rofl Mosley gave Margorito the business despite the excessive clinching (according to your shitty assumptions)

    Stop making excuses!:-(

Probably a factor or many things. His style doesn't promote a long career. This was inevitable.

I believe that the Mosley win over Tony was over shadowed by the hand wrap incident...I am curious to see how Tony comes back to the ring...Getting knocked out often hurts a fighter and I see Tony being hurt alot mentally from getting knocked out...I think he'll still come forward but he'll come forward with caution as he doesn't wanna get knocked again and that fear will still be in his head!

Excessive holding is illegal, clinching is not. Please find me the rule that says that engaging in a clinch and breaking it in a timely fashion is illegal.

He was definitely not thinking about the fight after the handwrap incident. All he could think about is... "Am I going to Jail" if I'm found guilty with this shyte.

Another thought came to mind probably is "I'm going to kill by trainer who
    This content is protected
up wrapping my hand and making it looked obvious". I'm tapping that azz after this.

Magarito got beat because Mosley is just that much better than him. Remember before the fight there was a lot of worry about how Mosley was going to do because he was going through a divorce. You can make excuses for anyone but this was just an issue of skill.

Also Margarito was smiling because he always does that after he gets tagged to try to prove how tough he is, luckily Shane didn't give a **** and just kept beating him.

margo lost the way he did cuz he will always have trouble with the highest competition...he lost technically however because shane is superior to him in every category...shane is faster, stronger (as suggested when shane was pushing tony off of him on the inside) better footword, handspeed, footspeed, knows how to block with his gloves and slip punches...i said it before the fight and ill say it again...antonio margarito will always have troulbe with slick boxers, who have good hand speed, and good movement!
