I loved Roy in years past. Simply an awe inspiring performer, but in this case the Tarver quote was a "must post."
:good I think that was one of Tarver's golden moments...I was laughing my ass when he first said that...If my memory serves me correct...I think the ref even cracked a smile at Tarver for that.
And you people wonder why I say Roy is a fraud on here? Every time he loses he has an excuse. It was his Dad, Gloves, weight drain, it is never that his Chin is made out of paper mache' and so is his heart.
I only watch the fight once, and thought that Green was already on Roy when the ref waved the fight back, and roy was not ready?
This article is what I call bull**** - Roy Jones fans wishing there was a reason why he got KTFO so easily - truth is as much as it pains me to say it, Roy Jones is done.
Who knows but if Roy and his people thought the wraps or the gloves were illegal, he shouldn't have went on with the fight. U look like a fool complaining about it after without any evidence. Until there's proof, it's just that roy was unlucky (got hit in the back of the head) and lost (those things happen).
