Well as long as Frank doesn't put on fake world titles and gets in good international opposition then this could be a great card. How high in the ranks would Kell's opponent need to be to make it a title eliminator considering that he is ranked at number 7 now. From looking through the WBO Welterweight ranks now the one name that leaps out to me is Alfonso Gomez he is very well known and beating him would be a huge statement for Kell. As for Kevin I am guessing that Frank will get a WBO ranked fighter for him to face so that he can make sure he is in line for the vacant title.
That would be a good fight for Brook against Gomez because he could beat Gomez and look good doing it, also gets his name out in the states, I would deffinetly go for Gomez or Jennings its the only options really for the WBO, Just seen Ali Nuumbembe ranked 13,Brooke would wipe the floor with him though.
