Speaking of Edgar, Veach looked really good in defeat; he was very reminescant of a young Matt Hughes. Madsen won his fight, good night for Hughes' fighters.

Yeah I guess it was a bad idea. I just don't want to see Edgar vs BJ. Edgar is WAY too small and not better at anything then BJ, doesn't have the power to hurt him or strength to take him down. Just a waste IMHO.

Whatever happens, I'm not too keen to Penn against GSP again. Another trashing like that could very well ruin him. On the other hand, the only thing threatening him at LW is complacency and overconfidence. And very few could capitalize on even that.

Both him and GSP have showed themselves to be in a league by themselves in their own divisions. They should both move up to seek new challenges. Just like Silva should stay at LHW.

Would love to see BJ fight Fitch but don't think that BJ can gain the weight properly. Thus I think he should stay at 155 and defend his title. A fight against a smaller welter like Karo or Nick Diaz might be good too at catchweight 160ish then back down to defend title. If he has to fight Edgar or Maynard then he should because no one wants to see BJ fight Florian or Sanchez again anytime soon.

hmm good idea.. fitch is not that big so bj could match up well with him. I like to see that fight. Karo parisyan got his azz whoop by diego already so i think bj could do the same. Penn vs Fitch is interesting.

Not muscle wise like GSP. I think bj penn could take on fitch and give him problems. I even like penn in this fight but fitch can fight so it should be interesting.

I disagree. That's not an even fight at all.

    BJ Penn= Way better Boxer.

    BJ Penn= Way better BJJ.

He'd beat that mean attitude right off of Diaz's face.

Maynard is the most deserving at the moment, followed by Edgar. However I don't think either of them pose a threat. But who at 155 does??? Maybe the UFC should bring in some of the other world class lightweights. There's a ton of em.

I could be wrong but it looks like Maynard will be next in line...The Penn Domination continues
